Does FireTap store my Firebase project data on its own server?
FireTap is designed so your project content does not pass through a FireTap backend proxy. The core data path is your iPhone ↔ Google OAuth ↔ official Google/Firebase APIs.
Can FireTap access projects I do not own?
No. FireTap uses the permissions of the Google account you authorize. It cannot bypass Firebase or Google Cloud IAM.
What is Safe Mode?
Safe Mode is a safety layer that blocks supported write, delete, publish and other destructive actions while keeping read-only inspection available.
Is FireTap a replacement for the entire Firebase console?
No. FireTap is a mobile companion for supported Firebase and Google Cloud workflows. Some operations remain better suited to the full web consoles.
Is FireTap affiliated with Google?
No. FireTap is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
